We offer same-day processing on bill payments completed and confirmed on blockchain before 2PM on a business day. Bill payments made after 2PM or on a weekend or public holiday will be processed the next business day. In all cases, the biller will acknowledge the payment on the next business day.

No. The exchange amount displayed at the time of transaction is final and all-inclusive.

To do so you will need to:

1. Select/Enter the AUD amount you would like to load into your RelayPay Gift Card powered by Gifta.
2. Select the cryptocurrency you would like to pay with.
3. Once you have paid and the transaction is completed, check your emails to access the RelayPay Gift Card.
4. Within the email. Click Swap Now and you’ll be redirected to Gifta.
5. Select one or more brands and enter in an amount you would like.
6. Click Swap Now when you’re done selecting.
7. Click Confirm Swap.
8. Check your emails for the cards and brands you chose.

You can redeem your digital gift cards in-store by simply scanning the barcode provided. To redeem your gift card online, enter the unique card number provided on your gift card.

Expiration dates vary depending on the merchant. All gift cards are valid for at least 3 years.

You are able to use the gift cards both instore and online through the digital gift cards.

RelayPay can be used to convert cryptocurrency to make a bank transfer to any bank account within the supported countries.

We offer same-day processing on Australian bank transfers completed and confirmed on blockchain on any day.For other currencies, transfers made before 3pm will be processed for international settlement the same day, after 3PM or on a weekend or public holiday will be processed the next business day. It might take up to 2 business days to receive the funds in your bank account after your international withdrawal is processed.

No, RelayPay doesn’t charge any fees. The exchange amount displayed at the time of transaction is final and all-inclusive.However on international transfers, your bank might charge an incoming transfer fee which is not under RelayPay’s control.

Yes. We have limits on cryptocurrencies and fiat currencies for each combination.

No. After your cryptocurrency is converted to a local currency, we can’t make any refunds.

RelayPay rewards are uncapped, meaning there is no limit to your potential earnings.

All referrals must create a RelayPay account using your personal referral link. Once signed in, all referrals must complete an initial buy or sell transaction using their new RelayPay account. Referrals also must not have an existing RelayPay account.

There is no limit to the number of people you can refer.

Your personal referral link does not expire and each additional sign up will add to your RelayPay referral earnings.
